Return & Exchange Policy


We offer a 30 day exchange policy; please notify us within this time via email if you would like to exchange your purchase so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will need an RA# for any exchanges. We will ship the new items to you once we receive the original items and your payment for the new shipping costs. Obviously please have the item unworn and with the original tags still attached. All returns for exchange must be received back within 10 days of the RA# being issued.

Return for Refund

* The customer will be refunded the original cost of products minus shipping. If you received discounted or free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping charges that it cost us to ship to you. Shipping charges are deducted from all refunds as this is a service that is paid to FedEx, UPS or USPS to have your order delivered to you (See below for more details).

All returns for refund must be received back within 10 days of the RA# being issued, any return received after the 10 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If a return does not have an RA number the package may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.

We process refunds within 1 to 7 business days. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund (minus shipping charges). * Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use. Our credit card processor processes refunds at midnight each night. The money is gone from our account that same night. However it may take several more days for your credit card processor to process the transaction and make the funds available for use. If concerned, you will need to call your credit card company to check with them. Typically it can take a few days for the card processors to complete the process.

Promotions Please note that any free merchandise promotion we offer is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Free Shipping Promotions Free Shipping Promotions only include the shipping charges on the Original Order and do not extend to Exchange Orders.

Discounted Shipping In some cases we charge a flat rate discounted shipping amount. When returning an item, any shipping costs that we paid, will be deducted from the refunded amount. For example; If we charged you a $5.49 discounted shipping rate, yet it actually cost us $11.49 to ship you your item; We pay the $6 difference as a shipping discount. If you return the item for a refund, We subtract the full shipping costs from the refund amount. This is because UPS/USPS/Fedex does not refund shipping charges.

Returns on Custom Products

At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom vests (and other custom products) are made to order and are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Item Back To Us

All items must be unworn and packaged properly to avoid wrinkles and damage. All hang tags must still be attached and item must be returned with all packaging that it was shipped to you with. You must ship the item within 10 days of receiving an RA#.

Unauthorized Returns:
Any unauthorized returns may be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Contact us for a return authorization number and we will email you with return instructions and address.

Defective Merchandise

If the product you receive is defective, you must contact us within 3 days. We also recommend that you email pictures for our reference. Defective items will not be accepted back for return or exchange after the 3 days. We will have the manufacturer of the item send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item directly back to them. If the item is deemed "NOT" defective, the manufacturer will deduct the prepaid shipping charges from your refund/balance. This is to deter individuals from claiming an item is defective in order to get free shipping on returns/exchanges. The manufacturer will ship you a replacement of the same style and size of the defective vest; No exceptions. They do this to deter individuals from making claims in order to get free shipping on exchanges.  We are not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective will be returned to you at your expense.
