Why is that important? I believe that it makes a huge difference; We don't look at our vests as just product numbers or SKU's, We take pride in the quality of our vests. We also started a grading system so that riders know exactly what kind of vest they are potentially about to purchase. We clearly display the type of leather each vest is made from, as well as the pros and cons of each type/grade of leather. Hello, my name is Shane, the owner of MCVESTS.com. I’m a rider myself and have been involved with the MC community for decades. I sell online (of course) and also had a motorcycle store in New York. I ended up closing it after a bad motorcycle accident. Later, I moved to New Jersey and opened a new store here.
As a kid, I grew up in the 80′s on those little 50cc mini bikes (man do I miss those). Got older, started riding sport bikes, I had a couple of Suzuki GSXR’s, and was in the Sport Bike club Ruff Ryders... Eventually I moved, left RR, and started riding V Twins. I got into the club life and had a few bikes including a Dyna (I miss that bike), and my latest bike, a Road Glide. all the while, supplying quality motorcycle vests to MC’s and  enthusiasts throughout the United States.

I’m not a large corporate branded store; I’m a hard working, responsible person that has great people working with me (family) to make sure we satisfy our customers.
