Custom Motorcycle Vests Built Your Way

On average, Custom Vests can take about 4 to 7 weeks to be made and shipped. On occasion they can take up to 10 weeks if we run into any issues, or have delays, etc.

Our sizing chart is very accurate and is the best place to start. If you already own a vest, we recommend measuring it and comparing those measurements to our size chart. Since sizing can vary significantly between brands, manufacturers, and styles, you should not rely solely on sizes such as XL, 2XL, or 3XL.

If you're still unsure, we can send you a fitment vest to try on before your custom vest is made. You would only be responsible for the shipping costs to and from your home, which are typically around $7–$15 each way (approximately $14–$30 total.

Yes. Our custom vests come standard with concealed carry pockets, though they can be modified or removed upon request.

One CCW pocket is located outside of the zipper for quicker access.

Each pocket features a wide dual-snap opening to accommodate larger firearms and extends to the bottom seam of the vest for maximum depth and storage capacity.

For added support and durability, our vests also feature reinforced double-stitched shoulders to better handle the weight of carrying a firearm.

We use Naked Cowhide Leather for our custom vests. This is the absolute highest grade of cowhide leather available.

Denim and Canvas are both strong cotton fabrics. Denim uses a diagonal twill weave that stretches and softens over time. Canvas uses a plain criss-cross weave that makes it stiffer, tougher, and flat in color.

Absolutely. You can send us a high quality image and we will use that on the liner via sublimation. It will look great on the satin or cotton mesh liner.

Yes. During the vest customization process, you'll have the option to choose from a variety of pocket configurations, zipper and snap finishes, as well as liner materials and designs.

This allows you to build a vest that matches your style, functional needs, and personal preferences.

Yes, when building the custom vest, you will see a section where you select the vest length. If you need it longer than what we list on the site, just leave a note. We can make the vest any length you prefer.

If you'd like to see a finished vest similar to the one you're planning, let us know your desired style and options. We'll check our customer gallery and provide photos of comparable completed vests that are similar to what you are looking to build.

Once we actually start the process of making your vest, we cannot make any changes.

However, if you are uncertain about sizing or anything, when building your vest, simply select "I have questions before you start". This way we will not start the vest until we contact you and make certain we are both on the same page regarding your vest design.

Because each vest is custom made to your specific design, measurements, and selected options, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
