How long does it take to receive my item?

We usually process and ship orders within one business day.

Shipping times vary depending on the courier:

  • USPS Priority: 1 to 3 days
  • USPS Ground ADV: 4 to 6 days
  • UPS Ground: 3 to 5 days

NOTE: Custom-made vests take longer because they need to be made first.

What size should I order?

Each product has a sizing chart (and tips) located on the product page. We recommend measuring yourself to get an accurate chest measurement. Do not rely on a previous vest size when ordering because other manufacturers size their products differently. i.e., an XL from us will be a 48 vest, but an XL from another company might be 46, 48, or 50. Contact us if you need more help.

We are located in the USA and ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States of course.

Duties and Taxes - Keep in mind that your country may collect duties and import taxes prior to, or at delivery. If concerned, you would want to contact your government to find out those amounts.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. No reason needed. Simply request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

The item just needs to be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • Still have its original tags
  • Free of odors (cigarettes, pets, etc)

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Our system automatically emails you the tracking number once the order is shipped. Please check your spam inbox just in case.

Why was my credit card declined?

If your card was declined, it was likely due to AVS mismatch. This means that the address that you entered was different from the address associated with your credit card. We automatically decline those types of transactions in order to prevent fraud. If you are the cardholder and are looking to ship to a different address, please checkout using the PayPal method. You do not need a PayPal account; PayPal allows using a different shipping address because they have more advanced fraud tools. If you still have issues, please send us an email or shoot us a text message. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Our strict fraud settings help prevent someone from illegally using someone elses credit card without their knowledge.

My card was declined, but I was still charged?

If your card was declined, then no money was ever transferred to us. The way the credit card handshake works is like this:

You want to purchase something for $50. Your card processor has to put a temporary hold on $50 to make sure that you have that amount available. It then talks to our card processor. If all is good, then the hold is released and the money is transferred to us. However, if our system declined your purchase due to suspected fraud, AVS mismatch (incorrect billing address), etc, then no transfer of money ever occurs, but your $50 was still on a temporary hold.

Some cards release the hold immediately, while others take their time releasing the hold. this causes the card holder to think that the money was transferred, but it just has not been released from the hold yet.

I hope that I explained it properly. Just give it some time and it will be released automatically.

How do I cancel my order?

We try to fulfill orders very quickly and cannot guarantee that we can catch the order in time; that said, if you want to try, please email us AND text us and we’ll see what we can do (but cannot be guaranteed).
