Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $100. 

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Simple flat rate shipping: Depending on your state (and the weight of the package), USPS or UPS rates may be fairly expensive; Therefore we offer a discounted flat rate price that may be much lower. We pay the difference as a discount for your order.  


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden

*We may change that list of countries at anytime due to fraudulent orders from certain countries. 

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use DHL and USPS Priority to ship internationally. USPS Priority is fine for Canada orders, but for overseas orders we feel that DHL delivers packages much sooner. This is based on past history. 

Keep in mind that each country has a customs department and that can hold up packages for some time while they inspect the packages.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. You would want to check with your government to see if they will impose import duties or taxes and how much they are.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

You can use our chat wizard (located at the bottom right corner of our site) to pull up your order status and tracking info. You can also login to our site to find your order status and history. There is an "order status" link at the footer of every page that will allow you to login and check your status. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use USPS to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, still has tags, and is free from odors (cigarettes, pets, etc), and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. You can view our full return policy here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
