International / Overseas Returns

In the past, we did not accept international returns due to the complexity, high costs, and risks involved. Import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are often unpredictable and, in many cases, billed weeks after delivery. While we now allow international returns, the following policies are strictly enforced to protect against these potential losses.

We ship to many countries worldwide; however, international returns are subject to different terms. Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, customs fees, tarrifs, or associated charges required to return the product to us. We will not cover or reimburse these expenses.

Because import duties, tariffs, and customs fees vary by country and are often significant, international returns can be extremely costly, sometimes outweighing the price of the item itself.

We recommend that you pay any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes upfront prior to shipping your return to ensure the package clears customs and is successfully delivered. Many carriers will not release or deliver international packages until these charges are paid. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package not being delivered to us and returned to the sender, causing you to lose your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any monies or issues if your package is returned to sender, lost, missing, etc.

All standard return requirements still apply — items must be returned within 30 days, unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note: We reserve the right to decline or refuse international returns where the item value is unlikely to cover the cost of import duties, tariffs, customs fees, and related charges. In such cases, accepting the return would result in a loss once these fees are applied.

Once your 'international' return is delivered to our facility, please allow up to 30 days for processing before store credit is issued. 

International returns often incur import duties, tariffs, and customs processing fees upon re-entry into the country. These charges are outside of our control and are frequently billed weeks after delivery. As a result, we reserve the right to hold store credit issuance until all applicable import charges have been fully assessed and received.

Any and all duties, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage charges, or related costs incurred will be deducted from your store credit total. By initiating an international return, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
