Top Rocker Cutout

If you decide to add a stitch pattern to your vest,  we have an option for a 'top rocker cutout' which will allow your Boozefighters top rocker to fit nicely on the back panel without overlapping the stitch pattern. You can see an example pic of this in the photo gallery as well as when building the vest.

Club Style Vests come with the following by default:

• Made from premium naked cowhide leather (naked is the best quality cowhide available), or denim or canvas if you choose
• Two chest pockets with snap closure. One with slit to hang sunglasses
• Two hand pockets with snap closure
• One inside phone/extra clip pocket with Velcro closure
• Two deep gun pockets. Each with a 2 snap closure for widest opening. One gun pocket is located outside of the zipper for quick access
• Double stitched shoulders for more concealed carry support
• Metal YKK zipper and snap front closure
• Wind flap to cover the snaps and zippers which offers better wind and rain protection and gives the club vest its unique look
• Liner has zippers for easier patch sewing

Important Info

• Sizing Tip: Do NOT go off of a past vest size. XL, 2X, etc can be different for each brand. For example, Our XL is a 48 vest; someone elses XL can be a 46, 48, or 50 vest. Use our sizing tips page to learn how to accurately measure yourself or your current vest
• If you have a current vest, see our link here on how to measure that vest so that you can use that measurement on our sizing chart
• We do not have a 3D vest builder extension on our site because that extension is costly and they take a percentage of each sale. We keep our prices lower by not using it
• Lower prices than the competition regardless of their 'discounts'

• Custom vests take about 4 to 10 weeks (5 average) from the start date. We cannot rush them or cut the line order. I apologize 
• We are Rider Owned & Family Operated
• We cannot take a custom-made vest back for return, exchange or refund because they are made according to the customers specifications
• If you are concerned about sizing (especially on larger sizes), you can use our 'fitment' option where we will send you a sample vest to try on. This is important since returns are not allowed for custom made products. just add a note to your order to request a 'fitment vest'
• The Flat Rate Custom Vest price includes all options except for the "Fully removable zipout liner" option. That is the only option that will cost extra
  

Fitment Sample Vest

• If you are unsure about your size, you can add a note to your order and ask us to contact you about a sample fitment vest. We will send you a vest to try on for sizing. We'll figure out the shipping costs (based on your address) and let you know what those costs are. If you agree, we would collect the shipping costs from you so that we can use that to pay USPS to ship you the sample vest (and for a prepaid return label so that you can send it back to us). We do not make a profit from that. Its just the only way we can think of to allow someone to try a vest on before committing to a custom-made vest. We wont start your custom vest until you confirm your size. This does delay the custom vest finish date, but it's a really good idea especially for larger riders that are unsure which size will fit them best.
